Requirements :
1. Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Psychology /Management Human Resources major with a minimum GPA of 3.00
2. Having experience in People Development / Organization Development / Talent Management is preferred.
3. Deep understanding of Job Description, Competency, Performance Appraisal, Work Load Analysis.
4. Strong planning and organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage changing priorities, handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a changing business environment
5. Self-starter, motivated, detailed/results oriented & innovative.
6. Strong organizational skills & ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
7. Willing to work at Head Office East Jakarta
