Basic Requirements:
– Minimum D3 / S1 any major
– Minimum GPA 2.75
– Fresh Graduate are welcome.
– Fluent in English both of Written and Reading.
– Communicative.
– Willing to work in SHIFTING SCHEDULE including Weekend and Public Holiday.
– Willing to place in YOGYAKARTA.
– Candidates can work immediately if they pass the user interview.
Responsibilities:
– Answering an Incoming Calls and Respond Email
– Handle Customer Inquiries by Phone, Email and Social Media
– Provide Customer’s about Product and Service Information
– Identify and Escalate Priority Issues
– Documenting All Call Infomation According to Standard Operating Procedures
– Complete All Call Logs
– Updating customers profile into computer
– Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service.
